Pixxi Forms (free) and Pixxi Forms Pro connect your WordPress site to Pixxi CRM so every form submission becomes a lead in your CRM. This guide walks you through setup and best practices.

What You Need

  • WordPress site (5.0+)
  • Pixxi CRM account with API access
  • Pixxi Forms plugin (free) – sends submissions to Pixxi CRM
  • Pixxi Forms Pro (optional) – adds logs, country selector, reCAPTCHA, emails, webhooks, and more

Your leads are sent to the Pixxi CRM API you configure. No data goes to the plugin author; it goes only to your endpoint.

Step 1: Install and Connect to Pixxi CRM

  1. Install Pixxi Forms

Plugins → Add New → upload/install Pixxi Forms → Activate.

  1. Get your API details from Pixxi CRM

In Pixxi CRM: Admin → Integrations → Pixxi Forms. Copy your API Token and API Endpoint URL (default: https://dataapi.pixxicrm.ae/pixxiapi/webhook/v1/form).

  1. Configure the plugin

In WordPress: Pixxi Forms → Settings.

  • Paste API Token and API Endpoint URL.
  • Click Save Settings, then Test Connection to confirm the link to Pixxi CRM.

Once the connection works, any form you create and embed with the shortcodes will send leads to Pixxi CRM.

Step 2: Create Forms That Match Pixxi CRM

Leads in Pixxi CRM are tied to forms you define in the CRM. The plugin must use the same Form ID as in Pixxi CRM.

  1. In Pixxi CRM, create or note the form(s) you want (e.g. “Contact”, “Property inquiry”) and their Form ID.
  2. In WordPress: Pixxi Forms → Manage Forms.
  3. Add New (or edit existing):
  • Form name – e.g. “Contact page form”.
  • Form ID – exactly the same as in Pixxi CRM (this is what links the lead to the right form in CRM).
  • Form type – Listing (for property-specific leads) or General (contact/general inquiries).
  1. Save. The shortcode for that form is shown so you can paste it into a page.

Two shortcodes are used to get leads:

  • Listing form (property leads, assigned to listing agent):

[pixxi_listing_form form_id=”your-form-id” property_id=”PROPERTY_ID”] Use on property/single listing pages; replace PROPERTY_ID with the current property’s ID (e.g. from Houzez or your theme).

  • General form (contact/general leads):

[pixxi_general_form form_id=”your-form-id”] Use on contact page or anywhere you want a general inquiry form. Add show_labels=”no” if you want placeholders only: [pixxi_general_form form_id=”your-form-id” show_labels=”no”] So: create the form in Pixxi CRM → create the same Form ID in Pixxi Forms → put the shortcode on the right page. That’s how leads are captured and sent to Pixxi CRM.

Step 3: Map Fields So CRM Gets the Right Data

Pixxi Forms → Field Mapping lets you control which fields are sent and how they’re labeled.

  1. Select the form you created.
  2. Add or edit rows: field name (API key), label (shown on the form), type, and whether it’s required.
  3. Save.

Standard fields (name, email, phone) are typically sent automatically; field mapping is where you add or adjust custom fields and labels so Pixxi CRM receives the data in the right shape.

Step 4 (Optional): Use Pro for More Leads and Better Quality

Pixxi Forms Pro doesn’t change where leads go (still Pixxi CRM), but it helps you get more and cleaner leads and manage them better.

  • Country code selector – Phone field with country + dial code; better completion and correct format for Pixxi CRM.
  • reCAPTCHA – Reduces bot submissions so your CRM isn’t filled with spam.
  • Email notifications – Instant admin alerts (and optional confirmation to the submitter) so you can follow up quickly.
  • Submission Logs – View, search, and export all submissions in WordPress; useful for reporting and double-checking what reached Pixxi CRM.
  • Thank-you message or redirect – Custom success message or redirect after submit; better UX and higher completion.
  • Webhooks – Send the same submission to other tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) in addition to Pixxi CRM.
  • Multiple API profiles – Use different API credentials per form (e.g. staging vs production, or different CRMs).

Install Pixxi Forms Pro, then in Pixxi Forms → Settings enter your license key in the Pixxi Forms Pro License card and click Activate. Once active, these options appear under the same Settings and Manage Forms screens.

Summary: Lead Flow

  1. Visitor fills out a form on your site (contact page, property page, etc.).
  2. Pixxi Forms sends the submission to your Pixxi CRM API (using the token and endpoint from Settings).
  3. Pixxi CRM creates or updates the lead and associates it with the form (via Form ID) and, for listing forms, the property (via property_id).
  4. With Pro, you can also get emails, logs, webhooks, and spam protection.

So: configure API once → create forms with correct Form IDs → add shortcodes to pages → (optional) enable Pro features. That’s how you get leads into Pixxi CRM with Pixxi Forms and Pixxi Forms Pro. For full technical details, shortcode options, and troubleshooting, see the plugin documentation.
