Everything you need to take your project to the next level
[houzez_offplan_search] – use on any page, post, or widget. Shows only properties with property_status = off-plan.
Community (property_area) – single/multi-select. Projects (property_developers) – multi-select. Developer – single select. Filter dropdowns only list terms with off-plan properties. Property counts shown.
Filter changes trigger search without page reload. Debounced (280ms). Loading indicator. URL updates via history.pushState for shareable links. Browser back/forward supported.
Default Order, Price (Low/High), Featured First, Date (Old/New), Title (ASC/DESC).
Houzez card styles v1–v7. Default: v7. Uses Houzez theme templates (template-parts/listing/item-{style}.php).
card_style (v1–v7), posts_per_page, columns (2/3/4), show_filters, show_sort.
[houzez_status_forms_search] – one form per property_status. Community, Property Type, Min/Max Price, Bedrooms. Optional status="off-plan" attribute.
Theme override path: houzez-offplan/{template-name}. Allows theme-level customization.
